The Starmatic V300 batch freezer has a vertically arranged cylinder, which offers important advantages: easy filling even with the addition of ingredients during processing, use of the bottom parts of the cylinder to transmit the available refrigeration.
The lid is moulded in highly resistant polycarbonate, allowing you to easily observe the freezing process and intervene when necessary.
