GOLOSE are spreadable creams from ice cream parlors
which maintain a soft consistency
and creamy and excellent spreadability also
at ice cream temperature.
Perfect to be alternated with layers of ice cream
and create exquisite cremini, or even,
as a gasket or inside the cone.
DOSAGE IN THE TRAY:
Pour the cream directly into the tray
Ice cream. Leave in the blast chiller for 25-30 minutes.
and place in the window.
