Fresca Frutta Gelée Spray is the first spray jelly on the market: an innovative technical solution that allows for the perfect and constant dispensing of the product, simplifying the work of the professional, with an optimization of preparation times.
Ideal for gelatinizing fruit pies and semifreddos; it gives the preparation a glossy appearance while allowing the fruit (apples, pears, bananas, pineapples, peaches, etc.) to remain as if freshly cut for several hours, even at room temperature.
