Gel food colorings are highly concentrated dyes, useful for coloring Pasta Top, Pasta Model, mirror glazes, etc. They do not separate and can be used with a brush or directly on the cake.
Ingredients: Glucose syrup, water, sucrose, colourings: E129, E102, E133; gelling agent: agar-agar (E406); acidifier: citric acid (E330); preservative: potassium sorbate (E202)

How to use
Add the gelatin directly to the product to be colored. It can be used to color sugar paste, cream, buttercream, or other types of cream. This product is intended for food production only.
Maximum dosage : Brown: 5 g/Kg of finished product (cat. 5.4 Reg. 1129/2011)
