Professional floor-standing pastry sheeter

Professional pasta sheeters are essential for artisanal pastry shops and pasta factories. Sigma pasta sheeters produce very thin, even sheets of dough. They can process any type of pasta, such as puff pastry, fresh pasta, shortcrust pastry, filo pastry, and any other laminated product.

Sigma offers 3 types of dough sheeters:

• Professional bench-top dough sheeter with liftable tables
• Professional floor-standing pasta machine with conveyors of various sizes
• Professional sheeter with rollers for cutting croissants

All SFG models feature large-diameter cylinders, reliable and proven mechanics, a pleasing and easy-to-clean aesthetic, anticorodal aluminum sides, ball bearings on all movements, interchangeable and reversible upper and lower scrapers, and smooth, precise controls. The sheeters are supplied with low-voltage electrical equipment, lockable wheels for easy movement, raised conveyors to minimize space when the machine is idle, and easily removable scrapers for routine cleaning. Particular attention has been paid to functional ergonomics. Maintenance is limited to routine cleaning and periodic checks.
