TELME PRIMA 2 Professional Cream Whipper

Convenient and functional professional cream whipper, works with low-fat or high-fat cream and allows you to obtain the whipped cream you desire.

Both liquid and whipped cream are adequately refrigerated throughout their journey through the machine until dispensing.

Equipped with a removable, indirectly cooled tray, it keeps the liquid cream in perfect conditions and does not separate the fatty parts from the watery parts.

The liquid cream and the aspirated air are pushed by the rotary pump into the labyrinth which offers different degrees of resistance depending on the fat percentage of the liquid cream.

The air valve regulates the increase in volume of the liquid cream with more or less air.

The removable tray makes washing easier and improves hygiene.

Equipped with a rotary vane pump, it is rinsed by passing without having to dismantle the pumps daily.

Store the mixture at 4°C .

It dispenses whipped cream, in portions, by manual control, allowing you to instantly obtain the desired quantity of product.
