Azzurro Tray is specifically designed for production in 60x40 trays, making it ideal for making pizzas, pan-baked focaccia, and much more.
Azzurro Tray was designed for energy savings. It features thick insulation and the three-tray version features two doors that allow for minimal heat loss.

Azzurro Tray is modular, therefore allowing multiple chambers to be superimposed.

It can be combined with Azzurro Bakery.
