Allergens: May contain traces of PEANUTS, EGGS, SOY, MILK, NUTS (HAZELNUTS, PISTACHIOS, ALMONDS), SULPHUR DIOXIDE or SULPHITES.
Directions for use: Add the gel directly to the product to be colored. The product is intended for food production only.
Maximum dosage Yellow (E102): 5 g/Kg of finished product (cat. 5.4 Reg. 1129/2011).
