How to use
Add the food coloring directly to the product to be colored. It can be used to color sugar paste, cream, buttercream, or other types of cream. The product is intended for food production only.
Maximum dosage : For the Blue colour (equivalent to Ice) the maximum dosage is 15 g/Kg of finished product (cat. 5.4 Reg. 1129/2011).
