1. How can I order?
You can easily order using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to your cart, log in or out as you prefer, and complete the ordering process. Once your order is ready, you'll receive an order summary by email. The order summary will also be saved in your account.
You can also easily reorder later by clicking the "reorder" button on any of your previously placed orders. After clicking the "reorder" button, your cart will open and you can change quantities or products.
2. Why should I buy online?
Speed up the process. By ordering online, you'll get pricing faster and be able to go through the order confirmation and checkout process much faster. This could save you days of time.
Tracking: You'll have easy access to all your previous orders whenever you want.
Reorder: You can place a new order at any time based on your previous orders with just a few clicks. This will save you time and effort since you don't have to sift through all your past documents and emails.
3. What information do I need to provide when ordering?
Our online ordering system will ask for all the important information you need to provide. If you have a VAT number, please remember to provide it. This will ensure your order isn't delayed due to a missing VAT number.
4. What payment methods can I use?
You can use all major credit cards, PayPal, and all the other payment methods we've made available to you on our platform.
5. Is VAT charged?
If you have a VAT number, VAT is not charged. Remember to add your VAT number to your account information. The online checkout system will automatically enter the VAT number you submit when you order products.
You can also manually add your VAT number during the checkout process.
6. Can I use a proforma invoice?
Yes, you can use a proforma invoice. Our system generates it automatically.
7. What should I do if my payment is not accepted?
Please try again shortly. If your payment is still not accepted, please check your account balance. If everything is as expected but you still can't complete the payment, please contact deasasdistribuzione@gmail.com to inform us of the issue. We can process the order manually.
8. How can I change my delivery address?
Log in to your account and go to "My Account." You can edit all your contact information there. If you're unable to do so, please promptly email deasasdistribuzione@gmail.com.
9. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on shipping requirements. If the products in your order have special requirements, an additional charge will be added to the shipping costs. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before completing payment. We also have a limit after which shipping is free.

11. How can I get bulk offers?
When you're logged in and add products to your cart, you can send us a quote request using the cart. Simply add the products and quantities you're interested in and click "Request Quote." We'll send you a quote. Please note that this function should only be used for wholesale price inquiries.

12. Can I cancel my order?

17. Can I return a product?
Returns are only permitted if the product is not suitable for the purchase and is expressly advertised and displayed on the online sales platform. After the return, we will refund the purchase price, net of shipping costs.
